Christ is risen

As He walked the lonely road
To Calvary that day
A cross was not His only load
Our sin upon Him lay

He bore that weight upon the cross
And for our sin He died
We now in faith look up to Him
To Christ the crucified

We will proclaim His power to save
To everyone who’ll listen
Our sin lies buried in His grave
But Christ, our Lord, is risen.
